If you don’t hear back from me immediately (especially on the weekends, prime wedding territory), please be patient! You can expect a response within 24-48 hours.
I am located near Boulder Colorado, and YES YES YES!!! Intimate destination weddings + elopements are my dream job. I love to travel, go on wild adventures, and capture the magic that happens all over the world.
Aaaaand if you’re curious if I’ll be in your neck of the woods this year, check out my travel plans:
April 22-25th: Chicago suburbs
April 30th: Colorado Sand Dunes/Colorado Springs
May 2nd - 10th: Utah, Zion National Park and Arches National Park
June 16th - 19th: Fort Wayne, Indiana
August 7th - 12th: Door County, WI
August 13th - 14th: Chicago suburbs
August 18th-22nd: Santa Cruz, CA
Mid November to mid December: New Zealand!!!
TBD: Alberta, Canada
My travel expenses account for a round-trip ticket to your destination, a rental car, two nights in a hotel, and food for those two days. International quotes are similar, except it will cover five nights instead of two.
When you’re getting married, there’s way too much to think about. So, to make it easier on you, I plan out my accommodation and means of getting there. The price you are quoted is the price you will pay. No secret fees sprung on you.
Not really, buuuuut... As a photographer, I have a couple of ultimate bucket list destinations that I’m willing to offer a little discount on in order to make it work. See those locations below, and hit me up if that’s where your elopement/wedding is!
Couple sessions include 75 digital downloads.
For a six hour intimate wedding or elopement you will receive at least 300 files. For a full eight hour intimate wedding or elopement you will receive at least 500.
That said, every wedding is different. I like to make sure that you have everything you want and need in the gallery that I deliver to you!
Let’s embrace it! That’s what adventure is all about, right? Besides, rain on your wedding day is good luck!
There is beauty in whatever your big day holds, whether that’s blue skies, fog, or snow. You’d be surprised what kind of magic we can make even when the sun’s not out.
But if the weather is dangerous, we will reschedule your session.
Yes! I require an initial 30% retainer fee to hold your day. Your final payment is due one month before your day. In between those two dates, you can split up the payment into any amount you’d like.
I know that photography for your wedding day is an investment. A worthwhile one, but an investment nonetheless. I love being able to give you the power to pay in a way that feels comfortable for you!
Please note: late fees are applied to unpaid invoices, and photos will not be released until your payment is complete.
Comfort is key! I capture my couples in a way that feels right for them. If you’re not comfortable in the clothes you’re wearing, it shows. But if you’re still lost for what to wear, don’t worry! Once we’re booked I will send over an outfit guide with some inspo for you.
If you’ve already booked your date or event with me and need to cancel or reschedule, your retainer and any payments made are non-refundable. Not to get all jargon-y here, but as per your contract, when you cancel your session more than 30 days before your date, there will be no refund applied but no further payments will need to be made. When you reschedule more than 30 days before your date, all payments made can be used as a credit for a new date.
If you cancel or reschedule less than 30 days before your chosen date, your full balance is due.
Please know that my intention isn’t to steal your money or overcharge you, but that my days are valuable and by having to cancel or reschedule, other clients are missing out on the chance to work with me. If you have any questions about this, feel free to reach out.
I'll give you all the helpful tips and tricks of photography sessions, how to plan an elopement, and so much more!
